This product is an air circuit breaker integrating high breaking capacity, zero flashover, and multiple intelligent protection functions, fully meeting diverse customer requirements for different currents, breaking capacities, wiring methods, and sizes. It offers optional fixed or draw-out types, features an improved arc-extinguishing chamber structure with moving contact-assisted arc generation technology, and includes remote communication capability.

The MGW6 series ACB (Air Circuit Breaker) features a rated operational current range from 200A to 7500A, with an ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity up to 150kA and maximum rated operational voltage of 690V. Designed for extreme environments (-45°C to +70°C), this ACB series integrates high-breaking capacity, zero arcing, and multiple intelligent protection functions into one robust solution, delivering superior comprehensive performance to meet diverse application requirements across various scenarios.
To ensure stable operation, perform regular maintenance: Inspect appearance for housing deformation and terminal oxidation; check mechanical components (e.g., operating mechanisms, springs) for wear; test protection devices (overload/short-circuit/undervoltage) accuracy and measure insulation resistance (≥1MΩ); clean residue from arc-extinguishing chambers, measure contact resistance (≤50μΩ) and wear; verify mechanical reliability via no-load operations (≥5 cycles), record key parameters versus historical data; adjust maintenance cycles: annually under normal conditions, shortened post short-circuit interruption.
